Refund policy

Kevin Bowens, Bandon is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our store or site within 14 calendar days of receiving it (Christmas Gifts can be returned up until January 7th).

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any makeup, fragrance, or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:

Underwear.
Hats unless tags are still in place.

How can I return items?
For online orders only:
If you purchased from our online store, you can return your item either in-store or by post using the carrier of your choice (e.g., An Post or another courier service).

Can I get an exchange?
We’re sorry we do not offer exchanges on items. However, you can return any unsuitable item(s) to us for a full refund and place a new order for the item(s) you want. 

Returning online purchases in–store
You are able to return any item to our store in Bandon provided you have your delivery note, and that the goods for return are in a resalable condition, with tags attached and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, a Kevin Bowens credit note will be offered to you.

In-store Purchases 
If you have purchased an item(s) in store, and you have a change of heart, or it/they are unsuitable, they can be returned in store for exchange or a credit note. This doesn’t affect your rights to return faulty items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
